"The Grafix Fairy" is Debbie Lewis trading asThe Grafix Fairy.
The terms and conditions apply to all dealings between The Client and The Grafix Fairy. By placing an order with The Grafix Fairy, you as a Client are forming a legally binding contract for services and you agree to the following terms & conditions.
All projects are quoted on finished work not an hourly rate. Quotations are valid for 30 days. Any
quote not accepted within this time is subject to a requote. Any additional work outside the original quote will be subject to an extra charge. The Grafix Fairy reserves the right to change pricing without notice.
Payment is required prior to releasing final digital files and/or supplying files for printing. Payment must be made within 7 days of the invoice date. Payment via direct deposit is preferred but cheques are also accepted. Please allow up to 5 days for cheques to clear.
Any artwork or drafts terminated by The Client at any stage of development will be invoiced for
"work to date". In the event of a project cancellation, The Grafix Fairy retains ownership of all copyright and original artwork and any concepts or designs may be offered to other Clients.
The Client assumes full reproduction rights upon full payment of a completed project.The Grafix Fairy retains personal rights to use completed projects for marketing purposes. All images displayed on The Grafix Fairy website and facebook page are subject to copyright and must not be copied or used without full permission of The Grafix Fairy and The Client.
Approval is required for all projects, via online approval form, prior to work being released. Whilst the greatest care is taken, The Grafix Fairy is not responsible for any spelling, grammatical, numerical errors or omissions afer final approval. Even if text or visual errors are the fault of The Grafix Fairy, it is The Client's responsibility to proof read and check thoroughly their projects to identify any errors prior to approval. Any reprint or production costs are the full responsibility of The Client.
The Grafix Fairy supplies files to The Client in print and web formats as EPS, PNG, JPEG, GIF and PDF at a minimum of 300 dpi or as high resolution PDF files. Supply of any files after the completion of a project may incur additonal charges. Any images supplied by The Client must be provided in high resolution, preferably CMYK. The Grafix Fairy is not responsible for the reproduction quality of supplied images.
Please note that colour on projects can vary from screen image to final product. Printed colours can also vary from printer to printer and run to run. The Grafix Fairy is not liable for any printing errors, using The Client's chosen printer, unsupervised by The Grafix Fairy.
The Client allows The Grafix Fairy to display any projects on The Grafix Fairy website/facebook pages and portifolio for self promotion purposes.
